Running has changed my life, and coaching is my way of giving back to the running community. I'm a Boston Marathon-qualified runner and ultra endurance coach with 14+ years on the roads and trails, having completed ultras from 50K to 400K. I genuinely enjoy helping runners discover what they're capable of. Using a MAF-based approach, I help athletes train smarter, stay injury-free, and confidently achieve their goals—from their first ultra to 100-mile races.

Running has given me far more than finish lines, medals, and personal bests. It has taught me patience, resilience, humility, and the joy of discovering that we're capable of much more than we believe.

Coaching is my way of giving back to a sport that has shaped my life.

Over the past 14+ years, I've had the privilege of completing everything from marathons to 400 km ultra-endurance events, earning Boston Marathon qualification, pacing runners, mentoring athletes, and helping countless runners achieve goals they once thought were beyond their reach. But my greatest satisfaction doesn't come from my own achievements—it comes from watching someone I coach cross a finish line with confidence and a smile.

My coaching philosophy is simple: train smart, stay healthy, and trust the process. I follow a MAF (Maximum Aerobic Function) approach to build a strong aerobic foundation, helping runners improve endurance, reduce the risk of injury, and enjoy consistent, long-term progress instead of chasing quick results.

Whether you're preparing for your first Full Marathon, 50K, dreaming of a 100-mile finish, tackling a Backyard Ultra, or simply wondering if you're capable of going beyond the marathon, I'll meet you where you are. Every runner has a different story, and every training plan should reflect that.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all coaching. I believe in listening, encouraging, adapting, and celebrating every milestone along the journey.

If you're willing to put in the work, I'll be there to guide you every step of the way—not just as a coach, but as someone who genuinely wants you to succeed.

Because the finish line is never the goal. The person you become along the way is.
