I Believe... Training should not be your life, it should be a part of your life. Every workout should be purposeful & tailored to your success. Unless you are an elite or sub-elite, higher mileage does not necessarily equate to more success. You don't have to be a "fastie" to run a fast race. Consistency is key. Rest & recovery are just as important as the miles you run. Physical & Mental preparation go hand and hand.

I'm an avid lover of the trails and all things outdoors. I have been running for 22 years with the past 5 of those years being dedicated to running ultras. I'm a mom, a mentor, an entrepreneur, and multiple business owner. I am fearless in my pursuits and always ready for the next endeavor.
