Idris Dutertre - running coach

Idris Dutertre

I’m a 34-year-old sports lover, passionate about training and competition since a very young age, always chasing podiums and personal challenges. I’m a qualified engineer, and I spent 6 years working at sea as a sailor before returning to land to refocus my life around sport and coaching. Today, I dedicate my time to personal coaching, combining real-life athletic experience with a structured and science-based approach.

Specializations: road running, trailrunning, trail running, mountain running

Languages: English, French

I coach running with a simple idea: helping people train better, stay consistent, and actually enjoy the process.

Whether you:

want to stay healthy, consistent, and enjoy running more

→ want to improve performance and take the next step

→ struggle with injuries or training balance

→ have a race planned but don’t know how to prepare properly

My role is not only to create a training plan, but also to guide you through the entire process with support, feedback, adjustments, and communication along the way.

We will build the project together.

I have trained for years in many different environments and conditions, using my own body as a testing field.

Today, I combine this experience with a science-based approach to build personalised training programs adapted to your goals, lifestyle, and level.
